Audrey worked in administration before finding her path as a therapist. In 1999 she trained as a Swedish massage therapist and furthered her training in Reflexology, Reiki and other holistic therapies. In 2002 Audrey began studying Chi-Reflexology and now presents introductory Chi-Reflexology courses as well as being a practitioner in this therapy. Her aim is to teach the Advanced Chi-Reflexology to diploma standard.
Indian Head Massage, Metamorphic Technique, Hopi Ear Candling, Baby Reflexology and Reconnective Healing were also studied since 2000 but Audrey now specialises in chi-Reflexology, Baby Reflexology, Massage and Reconnective Healing.
On her journey Audrey has personally experienced the amazing benefits of Chi-Reflexology, Reconnective and Spiritual Healing, Shiatsu, Reiki and many more.
